Basil and Lime Chicken Stir-fry

Serves: 4
1. Cook rice as per packet. 2. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry sliced chicken and chillies in batches until just cooked. Set aside. 3. Add corn, chopped celery, broccoli, sugar and fish sauce to wok, toss well and cook for 1-2 minutes until vegetables are tender. 4. Add lime juice and basil leaves and return chicken to wok and toss through. 5. Serve immediately with rice.
