Crispy Mushroom Pizza

Pre-heat oven or covered BBQ to 220ÂșC.
1. Slice mushrooms and camembert cheese.
2. Brush bases with melted butter combined with garlic.
3. Spread mushrooms over bases. (Oyster, Swiss Brown or a mix of mushrooms can be used for something different)
4. Add cheeses and bake for 10 minutes until cheeses melt and base is crisp.
Be careful not to burn the bases if cooking them on the BBQ. Turn the gas burners under the pizzas off or down to low.
For something a little different add one chopped anchovy to each pizza
