1. Thinly slice onion and
sauté in pan with a little olive oil until tender and clear on a medium heat.
2. Add chicken stock and chopped cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce combines. Reduce heat and allow sauce to thicken a little, stirring occasionally.
3. Cook steaks as desired.
4. Steam vegetables until bright in colour and crisp.
5. Serve steak and side of vegetables drizzled with pepper cheese sauce.
TIP- the taste of this meal can be changed using different cheeses.
