Pork Chop with Braised Apples

Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 15 minutes
|
|
1. Slice apples into quarters, leave skin on but remove seeds.
2. Place apple quarters in a pot with sugar and 2 tablespoons of water slowly simmer till tender and set aside.
3. Grill chops to your liking.
4. On an oven tray layout sultanas and sprinkle with castor sugar. Place tray in a warm oven and heat for approximately 1 minute, sultanas will swell.
5. Place chops on plate and place apples green then red in a fan shape and sprinkle with sultanas.
A little fancy but very simple.
