Pre-heat oven to 180 °C.
Salsa
1. Skin, deseed and dice cucumber. Dice chilli, tomatoes, mint, basil leaves and onion.
2. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl and mix together well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Just before serving with torte chips add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Torte Chips
1. Lightly brush or spray tortillas with olive oil and rub with a cut garlic clove.
2. Cut tortillas into wedges and place on baking tray in oven until golden brown. Allow to cool then serve with salsa.
