Preheat oven to 220°C
1. Using your hands, rub butter, salt, sugar and flour together.
2. Pour milk and 1/4 cup water into mix and continue to mix to form a soft dough.
3. Lightly flour a flat surface and knead dough and press or roll out to approximately 2.5cm thick.
4. Cut into 4cm squares and place onto oven tray.
5. Brush lightly with milk and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with thickened cream and strawberry jam.
