Ready in 20 minutes.
1. In a stainless mixing bowl combine, diced fish fillets, finely sliced chilli, garlic, ginger, lemon and lime juice and palm sugar. 2. In a pot bring coconut cream to slow simmer, being careful not to boil. 3. Add fish mix and slowly bring to the boil. Check to see if fish is tender and falling apart, approximately 2 minutes should be sufficient. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Serve in bowls with fresh chopped coriander.

Small Red Chilli 1each
Garlic 0.5tsp
Minced Ginger 1tsp
Lemon 0.5each
Lime 0.5each
Palm Sugar 0.5tsp
Coconut Cream 400ml
