|
1. Make jelly as per packet directions and place in the fridge. You will need to take the jelly out just as it is starting to set.
2. Slice sponge roll into 1 cm thick slices and lay on base and around sides of large serving bowl.
3. Drizzle sponge with sherry.
4. Pour in the jelly and layer drained peaches on top.
5. Return to the fridge until the jelly has set.
6. Cover with custard and top with whipped cream and halved strawberries.
Grate chocolate and sprinkle over the top just before serving.
