1. Prepare tagliatelle as per directions on packet and drain.
2. Thinly slice chilli and remove seeds. 3. In a warm pan melt butter and add garlic, parsley, sun-dried tomato and chilli to pan and cook until fragrant.

Reduce heat then add pasta and drained tuna to pan. Toss through until heated.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
